Rutt's Handyman Service texts customers who ask to hear from us: replies to your requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, questions about your visit and, only if you check the separate offers box, a reminder to rebook or a short survey. Message frequency varies; appointment texts are usually 2 to 4 per request and offers are up to 4 per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. How you opt in

• Request form. On our request form, under the phone field, there are two optional boxes, both unchecked. Check the first for appointment texts and the second for offers. The form sends with both boxes blank.

  Yes, Rutt's Handyman Service may text me at the number above about my appointment request, like a confirmation, a reminder or a question about my visit. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Not required to send a request. Yes, Rutt's Handyman Service may text me about this visit and future offers, like a reminder to rebook or a short survey. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. • Booking page. Our online booking page shows the appointment text box under the phone field. It starts unchecked, and you can book with it blank.
• Texting us first. If you text (337) 486-9904, we reply to your message.
